All your event photos are stored in a gallery below.  All photos will be edited before delivery. Contact me with questions about custom edits.

SCREENSHOTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND ARE CONSIDERED THEFT. I WILL INVOICE ($150 PER PHOTO) FOR NON-PURCHASED PHOTOS. IF YOU ARE A MINOR, BY OPENING A GALLERY YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE YOUR GUARDIAN'S PERMISSION TO VIEW PHOTOS AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Illegal Acquisition of Images Policy:

By entering a gallery, you confirm your understanding that the images in this gallery are the sole property of North and Wild Photography. Distribution and/or reproduction of any images without purchase is illegal and prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, downloads, prints, and unauthorized publications.

ANYONE CAUGHT USING IMAGES AGAINST THIS POLICY WILL BE FINED $150 PER PHOTO, REPORTED TO SHOW MANAGEMENT, AND IF NECESSARY, BLACKLISTED FROM RECEIVING PHOTOS AT FUTURE EVENTS. Failure to pay the stolen photo fine will face legal repercussions.

GUARDIANS - PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO YOUR CHILDREN. I do not discriminate against age when sending invoices for the illegal use of images. If you believe they are old enough to be on the internet without supervision, they are old enough to understand this message. If your minor uses images against this policy, YOU are responsible for their actions.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Video Information

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Your raw video footage from the time your name is called to after your time is announced. Includes the original sound from the show and no additional editing unless otherwise selected from the options in the form. If I'm able to physically see the timer, I will make sure to show it at the end!

You can use and edit the footage however you want, TikTok, Reels, Facebook, sharing with friends etc. I like to record from the second barrel but it is completely up to my discretion where I record. There is NO guarantee of what angle the video will be recorded as it depends on the arena and what I decide looks best.

WILL YOU VIDEO MY RUN IF I DON'T PRE-PURCHASE?

There is NO guarantee that I will record your run or in the format you would like if you don't pre-purchase. There are some shows that I guarantee 100% coverage, but not for all of them.

HOW DO YOU PURCHASE VIDEO?

Each show coverage books will be pre-released on my website about a week before the show's start time. On this page you'll be able to fill out the form for coverage.

At 3-day shows, single video coverage can be requested throughout the show BEFORE the start of each show day.

WHEN/HOW DO I GET MY VIDEO?

Assuming your invoice has been paid, videos are delivered within 1 week of the show ending.

Videos are added to your own Google Drive gallery for downloading and you'll receive an email when it's ready for you! If you prefer them in a different sharing service folder instead, Let me know in the additional notes.

If you have additional edits on your video, it will increase my turnaround time for delivery.

HOW/WHEN DO I PAY?

All pre-requested video must be paid for before your run! I send out invoices the day before the show and they are sent to the email you use on the form. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR THIS INVOICE.

I accept payment via credit card/PayPal through that invoice, Venmo (payment info will be included in the invoice) or exact cash AT the show. Please let me know if you plan on paying at the show!

ARE BAD RUN REFUNDS AN OPTION?

Once pre-purchased, no refunds will be given. HOWEVER, as a rider/barrel racer myself, I try to be flexible and understanding. Please contact me asap (BEFORE YOUR VIDEO IS DELIVERED) with any questions regarding options for a bad run/scratch. It may be a credit applied to future shows or photo purchases or exchanging your purchased video for another.

ONCE YOUR VIDEO HAS BEEN DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN.

Orders are processed in the order they are placed during business hours (Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm)

📷 Digital(s) and video(s) take up to 5 BUSINESS hours to be delivered. (If you order on a Saturday, Monday starts the ordering timeline)

🎞️ Prints may take up to 7 weeks from order to delivery. Be sure to pay for shipping at checkout on prints, or your order will be canceled!

If you are ordering from a show 2016-2024, there may be an extra delay to retrieve the photo(s) from the archives.
