PERSONAL USE RIGHTS

Personal Use License

North and Wild grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered photographs or video (the “Work”) for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Allowed Uses

The Client may:

• Print images for personal use

• Display images in their home or personal spaces

• Share images on personal social media accounts

• Share images on personal, non-commercial websites or blogs

Prohibited Uses

The Client may not:

• Use the Work for advertising or business promotion

• Use the Work for commercial or revenue-generating purposes

• Sell, sublicense, license, or redistribute the Work

• Provide the Work to third parties for commercial use

• Use the Work in products for sale

• Use the Work as part of a trademark, logo, or branding

Minor Alterations

Client may make minor alterations necessary for personal use, such as cropping, resizing, or compression required by social media platforms or printing services.

Client may not significantly alter, edit, manipulate, apply filters, or otherwise modify the Work in a way that changes the original artistic intent without prior written permission from North and Wild.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions

The Work may not be used to create, train, test, or improve any artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated image-generation technologies.

Client may not upload, submit, or provide the Work to any platform, application, or service that uses the Work for dataset creation, AI training, generative image systems, or similar technologies.

Online Sharing & Credit

When sharing the Work online, including social media, Client agrees to make a reasonable effort to credit North and Wild as the photographer wherever practical.

Copyright

All photographs and video remain the copyright of North and Wild. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

North and Wild retains the right to use, reproduce, license, and distribute the Work for portfolio, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License Activation

This license becomes effective once payment for the Work has been received.
