STANDARD COMMERCIAL

Standard Commercial License

North and Wild grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered photographs or video (the “Work”) for business promotion and marketing purposes within agreed channels.

Allowed Uses

The Client may:

• Use the Work on company websites

• Share the Work on social media marketing accounts

• Include the Work in brochures, presentations, or portfolios

• Use the Work for business branding and internal company purposes

Limits / Prohibited Uses

The Client may not:

• Use the Work for paid advertising campaigns above the agreed budget

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Work

• Use the Work as part of product packaging or merchandise

• Provide the Work to third parties for commercial use

• Use the Work to create, train, test, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning systems

• Use the Work as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo

Minor Alterations

Client may make minor alterations necessary for commercial use, such as cropping or resizing for specific marketing channels or templates.

Client may not significantly alter, edit, manipulate, or otherwise modify the Work in a way that changes the original artistic intent without prior written permission from North and Wild.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions

The Work may not be used to create, train, test, or improve any artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated image-generation technologies.

Client may not upload, submit, or provide the Work to any platform, application, or service that uses the Work for dataset creation, AI training, generative image systems, or similar technologies.

Online Sharing & Credit

When sharing the Work online, including social media, Client agrees to make a reasonable effort to credit North and Wild as the photographer wherever practical.

Copyright

All photographs and video remain the copyright of North and Wild. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

North and Wild retains the right to use, reproduce, license, and distribute the Work for portfolio, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License Activation

This license becomes effective once payment for the Work has been received.
