ADVERTISING / EXTENDED COMMERCIAL

Extended Commercial / Advertising License

North and Wild grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs or video (the “Work”) for paid advertising, promotional campaigns, or high-visibility marketing within the terms specified in this agreement.

Allowed Uses

The Client may:

• Use the Work in paid advertising campaigns (online or print)

• Include the Work on billboards or large-scale signage

• Use the Work in sponsored campaigns or national marketing initiatives

• Distribute the Work to a large audience, as specified in the agreement

Typical Limits

This license is subject to:

• Duration: use only for the time period specified in the agreement

• Territory: use only within the geographic area specified

• Media placement: use only within the media channels agreed upon

Any use outside the agreed duration, territory, or media placement requires additional licensing from North and Wild.

Minor Alterations

Client may make minor alterations necessary for advertising or marketing, such as cropping, resizing, or color adjustments to fit specific formats or templates.

Client may not significantly alter, edit, manipulate, or otherwise modify the Work in a way that changes the original artistic intent without prior written permission from North and Wild.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions

The Work may not be used to create, train, test, or improve any artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated image-generation technologies.

Client may not upload, submit, or provide the Work to any platform, application, or service that uses the Work for dataset creation, AI training, generative image systems, or similar technologies.

Online Sharing & Credit

When sharing the Work online or in digital campaigns, Client agrees to make a reasonable effort to credit North and Wild as the photographer wherever practical.

Copyright

All photographs and video remain the copyright of North and Wild. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

North and Wild retains the right to use, reproduce, license, and distribute the Work for portfolio, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License Activation

This license becomes effective once payment for the Work has been received.
